The client absolutely knows the account logged in….. System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity

You MAY have to enable windows authentication and take off anonymous users in the website configuration on IIS.

Try using t-sql to change the schema....it may not make a difference. I only use groups and all my groups use dbo and I force them to specify the schema...

Websites use the application pool in IIS to access the SQL Server unless you enable impersonation

I am sure there is a way to do it but, what I would do is use SSIS to bring the file locally and then bulk import it.

Have you tried to insert a char(10) + char(13) in the middle of the string. The printer should detect the line break.

Are you using Windows Authentication in connection manager? Usually when you can't see a database that you know exists it is either a permissions issue or the database state issue...
