Today I ran across the strangest threads I've ever seen here on SSC:

Want to buy a Ford car?

    A sad story from Colorado

They don't seem to be automatic spam, but, evidently, have nothing to do with the forums they're in.

    Strange world.

Both whacked. Neither one more than SPAM.

Awww...I was asleep when they got whacked. Were they at least interesting?

I would like to know too!

  • Hey Wayne,

How come your 2008 server is still at RTM? You're missing some pretty important fixes :crying:

Just a little short I may have been.

Oh, I went over there expecting a good thumping. That was a reasonable response.

Could just be the way I felt. Seemed short to me.

Can't tell if I scared him off, but he isn't on SSC at the moment.

I'm surprised that at points level he/she is at, they would know better. They've been on SQL Server Central enough to at least know how to begin to approach this problem. I would have been shorter.
