It's an option, I would just prefer to have it auomated.

We use a webservice and connect to it via SSIS to import our quotes. It's really easy. Here is a good walk through..

Thats where the NOT EXISTS comes into play which Lowell posted. If any of your customers have records outside the range they will be elminated from the results.
